Over the course of this unit, introduction to digital media, I have learnt the basic skills needed to use an array of adobe programs and services. I now have thorough experience in photoshop, audition, premiere and Indesign. Our assignments have been a great way to learn all these types of software with a great mix between practical and behind the computer aspects to make the content really sink in. I had small amount of experience in audition prior to this course but have now honed that skill to be even better than before which well benefit me greatly through the rest of my degree as a sound major. Our tutor Ms. Hopkin was great whenever I was stuck on something, especially with premiere. Overall this unit was a great help in progressing my knowledge of editing and creation.
